Playing in rain to start Wednesday’s game, the Tigers (5-8 overall, 0-4 league) jumped out to a 1-0 first-inning lead after Sam Eldredge doubled to center field, driving in Matty Misch. Battle Mountain (3-9 overall, 2-4 league) had an opportunity to even things up in the second. The Huskies had men on second and third with one out, but Grady Devins popped out to left field and Shaeffer Dodds grounded out down the first base line to end the inning.
